Operational Standards and Service Agreements

All welding and buffing services are performed based on the specific technical drawings or physical samples provided by the client. Deviations must be approved in writing.

We provide a structural warranty on our welding joints under normal operating conditions. Buffing finishes are guaranteed at the time of delivery to match agreed-upon micron levels or aesthetic standards.

3. Project Timelines

Completion dates are estimates based on workload. While we prioritize punctuality, industrial factors such as material availability or power fluctuations may impact delivery schedules.

4. Payment & Delivery

Finished goods are released upon settlement of the invoice. For large-scale industrial batches, a percentage of advance payment is mandatory before commencement.
